Barnett’s Propane maintains, inspects and repairs our company-owned residential tanks and can repair customer-owned tanks at your request as needed to ensure the safety and integrity of your propane system.
Tips for Maintenance
Odorant (ethyl mercaptan) is added to propane to help identify when a gas leak occurs. If you suspect a leak or notice a rotten egg smell in your home or outside near the tank or home, shut off the tank supply valve, remain outside the home and evacuate the immediate area.
